Welcome to Day 30 of the challenge. The last one.First, a small confession. This "thirty-day" challenge took a little longer than thirty days. Some of that was me. Some of it was Cannes Lions, the rosé, and a heatwave that melted my schedule along with everything else. So if you were left hanging on the odd day, I'm sorry. Blame me, or blame the Côte d'Azur. Either way, you're here now, and so am I. Let's finish this. When we started, AI was probably a chat box you opened now and then and closed again, unsure. Look at what's true now. You have a folder that knows you. A money model. A one-page site. A handful of helpers doing real jobs, some on a schedule while you sleep. A resource your audience can use. A second brain you can think out loud with. And a whole system that can take a real problem and go to work on it. You didn't read about AI for a month. You built with it.
A word before we startThe thing I most want you to take from this isn't any one of the tools. The tools will change every six months. They always do. It's the posture. Curious. Unbothered. Willing to open the thing and have a go. That is the whole skill, and you have it now. It is the part that lasts. A last look back (do this one, it matters)Step 1. Read my whole folder and my MEMORY file. I've just finished a thirty-day AI challenge.
Write me a warm, frank note on how far I've come, what I built, and the one thing I should do next to keep the momentum. In my voice. Step 2. What happens nowYou've been asking what comes after today. Two things. The Switched On newsletter keeps landing every week. Free. The few moves actually worth your time, so you stay current without the scroll. And for those who want to carry on, or go a bit deeper, I'm thrilled to announce the first Switched On workshop. Decks and carousels with AI. The first Switched On workshop.Save time. Communicate better. Stay unmistakably you. Decks, proposals and carousels eat hours, and they're exactly where AI earns its keep. So that's where we start. In partnership with Gamma, one of the world's leading AI presentation platforms, you'll use Claude and Gamma together to make beautiful decks and scroll-stopping LinkedIn and Instagram carousels in a fraction of the time, build a repeatable AI workflow you'll keep using, and do it all while staying unmistakably you. Then we stay for dinner, because the best conversations rarely finish at 7pm. The evening:
Spaces are intentionally limited, to keep it intimate and properly hands-on. Glittersphere members, use your discount code from the WhatsApp group. Dress code: whatever makes you feel sparkly. And the bigger thingSwitched On exists to help ambitious people become AI confident, curious and capable, while staying completely, unmistakably themselves. Making this challenge is what crystallised it, and it's the heart of everything I do now. I want to be your translator, your protagonist and your practitioner. The one in the room actually doing it, not just talking about it. I'm deep in tools like Codex, Perplexity and computer use right now, and I'll be getting specific about how I use them, with you. A few ways forward, if any of it's useful: keep following along, have me come into your office or run a workshop for your team, or just stay on the list while I share more. And one genuine ask. Tell me what you want more of. Reply to this email. I read every one, and what you say shapes what I build next. Carry the line out with youOne thing to take into the rest of your AI life. The line you drew on Day 16 and held all month. AI builds, you stay the author. The quality bar doesn't drop because a machine helped. Hold that, and you'll never produce slop in your own name. You've proved you don't have to. Key takeawayYou came in worried you were behind. You leave having built more than most people will all year. That isn't luck, and it isn't the tools. That's you, switched on. It was always the game. It's yours to play. One last thingThank you. For the weeks, the late days included. For showing up, for the brave folder, for the screenshots, for the things you built and the ones you gave away. Now go and be impossible to ignore. By humans, and by the machines. Nishma xP.S. Hi, A little while ago, I went deep on AI. Not to become an expert, but honestly to stop burning out. I was drowning in work, and I wanted my time back. What I found surprised me. Real AI fluency doesn't just save you hours. It expands what you're capable of, and it opens doors. And the more I used it, the more determined I became about one thing. The shifts coming with AI are enormous, and I don't want them to miss the very people who could benefit most. I don't want this to follow the same...
Hello Sparkler, A friend saw what AI was actually doing for me. Her face did the thing only good friends can get away with. Then she said something that made me go home and rewrite the V2 plan I'd been building for months: "You have to share this with other women." So I did. Properly. 🪩🪩🪩 Glittersphere V2: Sparkle + AI 🪩🪩🪩 is LIVE NOW The sequel we've all been waiting for. Yes, even more than Devil Wears Prada 2. I stand by it. Glittersphere V2 is events-led. Hello Sparkler, Right. Quick question. Have you ever spent ages crafting the "perfect" post, agonised over every word, made sure it was polished and professional and on-brand... and then watched it disappear into the void while some random person's messy, off-the-cuff thing goes viral? Yeah. Me too. For about thirty years. I've spent a hundred conversations telling other people how to build a personal brand. Be consistent. Be professional. Find your niche. Post on a schedule. And I did all of...
